Two things drive KEY2IR decisions regarding the use of information collected from Users: 1) improving user experience by offering personalized services, content and advertising, and 2) market research.

Based on his/her efficiency and credibility KEY2IR uses data at the initial’s information in its website to publicize them at website’s home page in order to encourage him/her to work more and motivate other initials to join KEY2IR.

Clients details or logo etc will/may be used by KEY2IR for its own publicity at its website. KEY2IR may also send Clients details to Resource by mail or message to encourage him/her to join KEY2IR and to motivate existing Resource to work more efficiently. KEY2IR may use your cell phone number to call or text you in order to provide the notification jobs.

Resource Data is only used for the for the purposes of facilitating the performance of certain administrative tasks and functions relating to general employment and for processing and investigating reports under the Company’s codes and policies (“Resource Data Purposes”).

We use Financial Information solely as authorized by you in accordance with the Service.

During registration you choose whether to receive correspondence from either KEY2IR or its partners and whether you want to participate in a variety of KEY2IR programs. This information remains on your Profile where you can, at any point, easily edit it to indicate that you have changed your mind. After your account is created, you’ll be automatically receiving notifications regarding new job post and status and many more. To preserve the integrity of our databases, we may retain information submitted by Users for an indefinite length of time. If required by law, we will delete Personal Information by erasing it from our database. Since you hold an account at KEY2IR, it is password protected. Only you who have access to your account information. Please make sure you don’t provide your password to anyone, if so, you did any changes made by him/her to your account or any activity, KEY2IR doesn’t hold responsible for it.
